The lodge was absolutely amazing, offering an incredible backdrop for the game drives. The variety of animals that we saw up close was mind-blowing, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Judy and Bruce, our hosts, were passionate and knowledgeable about the environment, and seeing South Africa through their eyes was a real treat. The intimate experience provided by the lodge's limited number of rooms was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel extremely welcome and the cozy, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere was paired with top-notch professionalism. The organization by Brenda, the warm nature of Goodness, the chef's amazing and tasty food, and the fantastic game drives with Elvis as our guide and Goodness' husband as the tracker - everything was perfect. We were fortunate enough to spot the big 5 and even two different leopards, which are usually hard to find. The expert team made all the difference. We also had the chance to see African wild cats during our drives. Our 5-night stay exceeded all expectations. The game drives were truly amazing, offering an intimate wildlife viewing experience that cannot be matched. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable, making the experience even better. The food, accommodations, and service were all excellent. Even when faced with an unexpected adventure, such as the elephants digging up the water lines, the staff worked tirelessly to restore service and added to the overall excitement. Kutsho, our guide, was exceptional, always in a good mood and going the extra mile to ensure we saw the animals. The coffee breaks and sundowner drinks in the bush were unforgettable. The food served was exceptional, and our butler, David, made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the lodge offered breathtaking views of the Misava River, where we spotted elephants, giraffes, and antelopes. Our room was clean and had working AC for the hot days.

We got up close and personal with the big five and captured some awesome photos of the stunning wildlife. The luxurious accommodation made us feel like celebrities, and the modern amenities added a touch of glam to our safari experience. Plus, being sponsors of Eco Children, we felt good knowing that our stay was supporting a great cause.
The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife. We had so much fun during the day exploring the reserve and spotting animals, but it would have been awesome to have some young, party-going activities in the evenings.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and it provided the perfect setting. The cozy camp in the wild bush offered a serene and peaceful environment for productive discussions. The high service level provided by the friendly and professional staff, along with the amazing food and impeccably clean rooms, made for a truly enjoyable stay. The game drives were a once-in-a-lifetime experience that added an extra touch of excitement to my business trip.
The only thing missing for my work was a dedicated meeting room or business center.

The private guided safaris were so much fun and perfect for young adventurers like us. We got to see all the amazing safari animals, including the big five, and the landscapes were breathtaking. The accommodation was top-notch and had all the modern amenities we needed. Plus, the option to have a private safari vehicle and guide made the experience even more special. We also loved that Klaserie Drift supports Eco Children, a non-profit organization focused on nature conservation. it was the ultimate safari experience and we can't wait to go back!
If there's one thing we could have asked for, it would be a bit more of a party atmosphere for young people like us. While the stay was relaxing and peaceful, it would have been awesome to have some more activities or entertainment options specifically aimed at young party-goers.

Contemporary wooden veranda with infinity pool and dining area overlooking the unimpeded views of the African bushveld. It felt like floating on cloud nine, except with a stunning view and a chilled cocktail in hand.
Limited drink options at an additional cost.

Great location for wildlife enthusiasts, with plenty of opportunities for game drives and a waterhole in front of the lodge for animal sightings. the lounge room and bar are well-furnished and stocked with a variety of drinks. the staff, including the ranger/guide, are friendly and go out of their way to create a memorable experience.
The bar could be better stocked and there should be a standard menu for food options.

What an amazing weekend we had! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and incredible wildlife. We loved being able to relax by the pool and watch the animals at the nearby watering hole. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The game drives were a highlight, with knowledgeable guides and the opportunity to get up close to a variety of animals. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the stunning views from the dining deck. it was a truly unforgettable experience.
One small downside was finding the camp initially. It took us a bit longer than expected to navigate to the camp due to signage issues, which caused us to miss out on lunch and a game drive.
